Senior CRM Executive

The job in a nutshell

Do you have experience of campaign management with a specific focus on email management, customer segmentation and modelling, digital channels? Are you interested in joining a CRM team that uses best in industry systems and is leading the way with customer data analytics?

GoCompare requires a Senior CRM Executive to support the delivery of customer relationship management strategy in order to meet business targets.

You will ideally have a strong understanding of customer demographics and data, with a keen interest to diversify campaigns to create a bigger customer focus across all GoCompare products, working in collaboration with wider business functions.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Educated to degree level and/or equivalent professional marketing qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience of using a campaign management system and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of a range of digital marketing channels.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and modelling techniques.
  • Experience of producing detailed creative and content briefs.
  • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvements.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Supports the delivery of the customer contact strategy to meet business targets.
  • Applies the latest customer modelling and segmentation techniques to improve campaign targeting and ROI.
  • Leads and owns campaign test and learn plans.
  • Supports the exploration and delivery of new communication channels to meet customer needs.
  • Delivers campaign analysis and recommendations for improvements in order to maximise customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Leads on provision of updates to wider marketing team and other relevant business areas to achieve effective internal communication and ways of working.

Who you’ll be working with

  • Marketing department – to ensure delivery of targeted communications to relevant customers.
  • Wider business – to ensure delivery of activity that creates a consistent customer journey and adheres to FCA and other regulatory requirements.
  • External email agencies – to ensure they effectively deliver email communications.
