Are you an experienced recruiter with a commercially focused mindset coupled with proven experience in an internal or on-site client enviroment as part of an RPO? If so GoCompare have a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of Talent intiatives to drive high quality talent into the business and create an employer brand that will continue to make us an employer of choice within the South Wales market.

You will deliver the recruitment solution for the business ensuring the attraction of quality talent through the utilisation of various sourcing tools and utilisation of analytics to inform business outputs. In addition to this you will be able to recognise what creates a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and drive forward internal and external initiatives regarding this.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Excellent working knowledge of recruitment policies and practices
  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems
  • Prior experience of on-line recruitment and selection platforms
  • Experience of analysing data to establish trends
  • Supplier management experience
  • Excellent Stakeholder management and service skills
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection legislation
  • Ability to manage a number of conflicting work items

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Delivers the end to end recruitment process for the business
  • Develops and delivers the reporting functionality of the applicant tracking system to ensure it fulfills the needs of the business and enables effective business decision making
  • Conducts hiring briefings with managers to elicit requirements
  • Utilises market leading approaches to recruit and select quality talent directly
  • Undertakes analysis of recruitment trends and data to inform business decision making
  • Conducts appropriate pre-screening and due diligence
  • Conducts regular performance reviews with suppliers ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Develops the brands EVP in the market
  • Talent pipelines quality talent for the business

  • Human Resources – provides reports, data and insight into patterns and trends
