Business Development Manager

GoCo Group is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the team! As a Business Development Manager you’ll pitch and influence roadmaps to develop our panel, ensuring insurance products are satisfactory! You will lead and develop commercial relationship with regulated financial services and technology providers and performance manage on aggregated insurance panel!

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Positive relationship and account management experience with proven experience of being a top performer in your field
  • Excellent networking, influencing and interpersonal skills with partner management expertise
  • Experience handling a broad range of regulated insurance partners
  • Experience of influencing and leading roadmaps and projects of strategic importance
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to illustrate and articulate sophisticated commercial models to senior leaders
  • Assessing organisations strategic intent and capabilities through detailed questioning and research will be key to progressing at pace

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Developing our relationships with key insurance companies, platforms and partners supporting our brand.
  • Focussing on closing new and industry leading deals bringing new outstanding features at the best value to our partners and customers.
  • Ensuring commercials are in place to give maximum benefit to a sophisticated supply/distribution chain involving multiple parties
  • Leading and handling all aspects of our supply/inventory partnerships. This will involve commercial performance management, negotiation and creative partner solution.
  • Negotiating favourable technical, regulatory and service positions, alongside the commercial objectives

  • Business development, operations, technical teams and senior leadership teams.
  • External partners, providers and regulatory bodies.
