Skills and experience you’ll need to have

As the Commercial and Operations Analyst you’ll have an engaging approach and will be willing to take ownership of datasets, analysis and identifying viable commercial opportunities. You’ll have a strong desire to drive good outcomes and be invested in maximising the amount of customers we can find savings for! You’ll also have:

  • Experience within an analytical role with exposure into the tech world.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to communicate outputs in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experienced of working with data sets.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for consumer technology.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll lead the ongoing analysis of various datasets to identify commercial opportunities to guide the broader commercial function and will find savings for our customers and optimise go-live rate of switches. You’ll own the execution of distinct commercial projects, while coordinating between commercial, customer service and product functions within Autosave.

  • Conducting analysis on data sets with a focus on energy.
  • Produce analysis reports through our inhouse tools and Excel.
  • Reviewing gaps in our panel and identifying where there are opportunities and where more partnerships are required.
  • Supporting with analysis around future product verticals.
  • Heavily involved with engaging across the commercial team to conduct investigatory work.
  • Actioning process related work around commercial opportunities to ensure effective switching services.
