GoCo Group are seeking a Group Contract Manager to establish and run our contracts function to have a handle on and review current contracts and conduct RFP’s to ensure we get the best value for money! This is a pivotal role within the Group’s governance function where you will oversee the development of a new procurement framework and overhaul the contracts process!
You’ll need to be familiar with contracts and able to analyse these optimally in terms of auto-renewal and material clauses. As well as this you will have:
Working as part of the Group function, you will support the contracts process for all areas of the business and have high engagement with a number of key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for establishing a functioning contracts database in order to identify key aspects such as auto-renewals, termination dates, costs and material clauses.
