Buying insurance is complicated and expensive. At Go Compare we’re on a mission to help customers save money every year by cutting through the confusion and making it quicker and easier to find the right insurance product, at the right price.

Working in eCommerce at Go Compare means developing and building products and services that really help our customers.

Product Managers at Go Compare drive the overall product direction and strategy for our end-to-end customer journeys. They optimise and evolve our website and develop and launch new propositions. We work in cross-functional teams who are focused on opportunities and empowered to make decisions on the best way to solve for them.

We want to be the best in the market at what we do, continually innovating to solve for our customers and staying one step ahead in an industry that is constantly changing. We looking for people who live and breathe a product mind set, who bring collaborative ways of working and who are eager to constructively challenge traditional thinking.

  • You know how to tell the story of what you’re doing; finely craft a vision and confidently share that around the business, taking on board and integrating feedback.

  • Your experience in eCommerce means you love to optimise and tweak, constantly finding new ways to improve journeys and increase the efficiency of the funnel. You know exactly how important design is to achieve this and you’re used to working really effectively with your UX/UI colleagues. What’s more you’re really excited by the opportunity that having a really large customer base gives you to build on the experience you already have with A/B or multivariant testing.
  • Above all else you’re a team player – you understand the range of experience and skills it takes to build great products and you’re brilliant at bringing people together to deliver. You know how to balance opinions and can skilfully lead team debates to get to the right outcome for the customer and the business. Your teams love solving problems together, even when they’re hard.
