Being part of the team means you will help to deliver the recruitment provision for the Group, ensuring the attraction of quality talent through the utilisation of a variety of best practise and sourcing tools. In addition to this you will be able to recognise what creates a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and drive forward internal and external initiatives.

With good working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience of using applicant tracking systems, online sourcing and social talent tools you will be a talented resourcer with a proven ability to skilfully match candidates to our business needs.
As an e-commerce business a large proportion of our hires are in the Tech and Marketing fields so experience in this area is desired, but you should also be confident recruiting into a range of business support roles.
Additionally, you will have;
Reporting into the Group Head of Talent, you will contribute to the deliver an end-to-end (360) recruitment provision for the Group.
This will include undertaking vacancy briefings, maintenance of the applicant tracking system, sourcing and qualifying candidates and supporting with interviews. You will manage your own vacancies and undertake the relevant due diligence checks required for new starters.
You will support with project work as required including the implementation of new systems and contribute to the overarching objective of developing our EVP strategy.
The role may require you to support with recruitment reporting to help inform business decision making and also help with our 3rd party (agency) relationships.
Up to approx. £40,000 per annum plus extensive benefits
