MyVoucherCodes is a digital media and affiliate marketing specialist that connects people with money-saving offers from the world's leading brands. As part of the GoCo Group, our mission is to save people everywhere time and money - we’re on a journey and need your help in getting there!

As Head of Client Services, you will manage client relationships to ensure revenue and profit targets are delivered in line with business expectations. You will be leading a team of hardworking account directors, partnership managers and account executives.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded experience in business development and experience in the affiliate sector is essential for this role. You will also have;

  • Meaningful experience in proposal writing and extensive knowledge of voucher code strategies and their requirements.
  • The ability to drive commercial marketing teams to be executed by marketing teams
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop teams and take them through periods of change and innovation
  • Significant experience in building and nurturing digital marketing relationships.
  • Be able to organise yourself and others whilst resolving complex priorities and identifying strategic and critical issues.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Implementing business development strategies that maximise client revenues.
  • Run the Client Services team; setting metrics, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Provide strategic oversight and management to improve business development functions and increase revenues.
  • Deliver compelling partnership propositions that generate revenue and strong returns.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across all key sectors.
  • Monitor competitors’ behaviour and highlights business/marketing opportunities.
  • Promote strong awareness and positive perceptions of the company with its partners.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of all business development opportunities and team members to deliver best in market proposals to clients.
  • Act as the point of escalation for service issues and failures.
  • Development and implementation of eCommerce Trading strategy, in line with overall business strategy
  • Formulate and implement promotional marketing campaigns (Email / PPC / Social) to drive growth and profitability
