Sales Operations Manager

The job in a nutshell

Are you a commercially minded Sales Operations specialist who is able to act as the lynch pin between account management, process and workflows and have the ability to create efficient ways of working to maximise commercial output?

GoCo Group are looking for an individual to join our Platform B2B Services division and ensure we can extract value from accounts longer term through ensuring we have efficient CRM process flows that are sustainable for long term account development, create communication links between pricing teams and commercial functions and be an enabler for department success.

You will manage team productivity, simplify processes, drive value from reporting and automation and have a strong handle on governance, future pipeline and quality.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Experience of organising sales teams’ operations.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM software.
  • Significant business acumen.
  • Demonstrable analytics and reporting expertise.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Scopes and implements systems and processes to improve productivity.
  • Identifies strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Finds efficiencies and drives for automation.
  • Tracks KPIs and customer feedback to enable data driven decisions.
  • Develops reporting for an accurate view of sales activities.
  • Supports and streamlines customer onboarding and product integration.
  • Supports sales team with preparation of reports and materials.
