Senior Partnership Manager

As a Senior Partnership Manager you will manage a portfolio of mid/top-tier and growth accounts with the main focus of driving increased revenue through client development and new business opportunities.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have


  • Excellent knowledge of affiliate networks (tracking, attribution models etc.)
  • Great knowledge in negotiating & consultative sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing roles.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and online shopping trends.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels – SEO, PPC, programmatic, retargeting, CRM & affiliates.
  • Clear understanding of partner management & how to maximise relationship productivity.
  • Confident, clear & concise when presenting internally, externally and over the telephone.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Oversees partner relationship management in order to meet financial objectives.
  • Supports Partnerships Director in leading commercial team initiatives.
  • Develops best practice, as well as aids team growth, through mentoring.
  • Analyses advertiser performance, market share analysis and industry benchmarking to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Supports with commercial CRM process.
  • Manages portfolio of top, mid-tier and SME accounts.; delivering client development, detailed analysis, reporting and account management to partners.
  • Consistently negotiates best-in-market content & commercials, as well as up-selling and consulting partners, based on best practice.
  • Manages and optimises site content to maximise conversion across MVC core & whitelabels.
  • Maintains and monitors affiliate tracking/CPA rates/queries.
