We have an exceptional new opportunity in our growing team for an experienced Partner Success Manager who will ensure the MyVoucherCodes’ white label partnerships are successfully implemented, launched, and operated whilst providing input into the product roadmap.

This is a hands on role where you will support the business strategically and operationally, partnering with our commercial, operational and senior teams to support the long-term success of the business. 

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Strong project management and account management skillset.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and/or SEO.
  • Experience managing and measuring performance against KPIs.
  • Understanding of the consultative sales process and effective selling.
  • Experience traversing and working across large client organisation structures.
  • Meticulously organised with the ability to self manage and prioritise where needed
  • Flexibility – ability to move quickly and drive through rapid change.
  • Self-motivated proactive team player, willing and interested in getting directly involved in solving and delivering projects from implementation to operation.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leads implementation of new white label partnerships – manages internal and external stakeholders and the end-to-end implementation process.
  • Owns and tracks partnership KPIs, manages partner relationship.
  • Acts as product expert by gathering feedback and provides input into product roadmaps.
  • Manages day-to-day relationships with partners; drives long-term partner relationships and acts as a ‘trusted advisor’.
  • Prepares and manages regular partner updates.
  • Collaborates with cross functional team through implementation (Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams).

  • Business Development Lead - works to ensure implementation is aligned to contractual / partnerships commitments.

  • Operational stakeholders – Product, Operations and Sales stakeholders.
  • Implementation teams – Engineering, SEO, Content and Commercial teams
  • Multiple external partnerships
