You will be pleased to know that GoCo Group have an exciting development opportunity for an experienced and high performing Partner/Account or Customer Service Executive to undertake a meaningful role in our Energy Partner Development team during an exciting period of growth for GoCo Group.

Following the launch and success of GoCo Group’s most recent proposition, weflip, we are continuing to grow our teams; significant to this is the development and success of our existing partner relationships.

We are looking for you to have experience in internal or external facing communication with customers or suppliers and to have experience with Management Information. You will use and provide key information to the team and internal stakeholders to support with onboarding and continuous relationship management of partners and become a key point of contact. You can spot trends and use them to grow business opportunities within your sales pipeline.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Previous experience in a commercial, sales or customer service role.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong numerical reasoning, and experience of analysing data.

  • Strong Excel skills.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Runs daily Management Information checks and analysis and communicates changes to Partnerships team, for example on supplier tariffs and average rates.
  • Monitors industry information sources and communicate relevant findings back to Partnerships team.
  • Supports the monitoring of partner performance, proactively understanding and raising issues.
  • Assists with partner compliance, particularly with customer requirements.
  • Supports Energy Partner Development Managers with partner functions including;
    • Partner Communications
    • Ensuring partners are within the contracted payment terms
    • Preparation and planning for partner meetings
