We have an exceptional opportunity in our EA team in the role of Executive Admin Assistant where you will provide the highest quality admin support to the Lead Executive Assistant and the Senior Leadership Team at GoCompare.com.

This is a varied role for someone with experience in an admin/office environment and who enjoys going the extra mile and uses initiative to support people!

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

GoCompare is a fast paced, dynamic organisation so you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience working effectively in this sort of environment. You should have experience providing support to a high number of key stakeholders and managing the conflicting priorities this can create. The role will expose you to the most senior people in our business so you’ll have second to none written and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, you will have;

  • Excellent software skills including Microsoft Office and instant messaging tools
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative, first class organisational skills and be able to prioritise own workload to meet often demanding deadlines
  • A strong work ethic, energy and commitment
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Diary management and admin support for Senior Leadership team
  • Preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Greeting clients
  • Booking taxis, travel and accommodation
  • Finance (purchase orders) and Expenses administration
  • Support to the Executive Assistants and other support staff as needed

Who you’ll be working with

This expansive role will mean internally you will work for and with the Executive Team, Senior Leaders team and across all other business areas. Externally you will work with third party business partners and contacts.
