Sales and Marketing Administrator

The job in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced administrator who will be able to support our busy client partnerships team throughout the end to end sales cycle, as well as being able to support wider administrative duties in effectively creating and developing marketing collateral that will be enable MyVoucherCodes to identify and develop stronger partner relationships.

You will have a keen eye for detail with regards to data entry and administrative tasks and enable the partnerships teams to push out marketing information and complete admin related tasks at each stage from negotiation to offer stage. 

You will work also with the marketing teams and need to be articulate in writing up and sending out marketing creative and content, working with the CRM teams to schedule and plan marketing releases from an administrative support point of view.

You will be well versed with Microsoft office programmes and be able to tidy up reports and put these into a presentable manner. 

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise a complex workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
  • Confident and eloquent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills particularly complaints handling.
  • Proactive and flexible worker.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing would be advantageous.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Provides accurate and effective administrative support to the Client Services team
  • Updates and monitors digital content scheduling for CRM/PPC/Social marketing channels.
  • Identifies opportunities across competitor platforms and liaises with partnerships to support improved retailer efficiency.
  • Collates and creates marketing material for client proposals, campaigns, tenders and bid presentations.
  • Liaises with data intelligence teams to improve focus and efficiency within the sales pipeline.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency of the Client Services team.
  • Maintains accurate records and statistics for reporting requirements.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Marketing and Content functions.
