Business Service Administrator

The job in a nutshell

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Customer Service department in the role of Business Services Administrator.

This role is responsible for administrative tasks to support the many ongoing projects the team are involved with, as well as supporting with gathering and collating data for external partner responses.

Additionally, the role will require you to provide assistance to the Business Service Senior and Advisors, supporting the maintenance of change queue sizes and liaising with our Partners to ensure delivery of change within SLA.

Skills and experience you’ll need to have

You will have previous experience working within a customer service environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The data entry and data processing elements of the role mean you will need to be confident using Excel on a day to day basis. We need someone who is a self-starter and who is highly organised!

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Administration of the end-to-end partner change process to provide an efficient service.
  • Act as first point of contact for all external partner queries, including emails received in the Commercial mailbox, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate place to be resolved.
  • Conduct testing of partner changes prior to change going live.
  • Assist the Business Service Advisors and Senior in the maintaining of various department logs.
  • Perform regular chasing of partner changes in line with department SLAs.
  • Assist in the chasing of partner sales data reports.
  • Assist in liaising with partners regarding due-diligence, ensuring responses are received and internal departments are adhering to SLA’s.
  • Maintain business service product knowledge as well as an understanding of all other key functions, in order to support and offer advice to other departments.

  • External partners, Tech and Compliance – to ensure partner changes are in line with company SLAs.
  • Partner Development Team – for sign-off on partner changes that affect footprint and quotability.
  • Key business stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory resolution of misquotes in accordance with process and SLAs.
